You have done what twice all ready? the AVG Anti-spy program? AVG Anti-Virus and AVG Anti-Spy are NOT the same progam.
I just find the O10 very odd looking and if you did use that program it really should have been removed.
Your scan is showing a trojan this is why I am questioning. I realize you have run
HJT, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, AVG, Trend Micro, Panda Security
but a good number of programs will NOT show you a trojan. Have you run the Kaspersky online scanner? This will not fix anything but will generate a log that we can take a look at and see IF anything shows and it's location.

The entry which indicates a trojan is this one;
O16 - DPF: {E473A65C-8087-49A3-AFFD-C5BC4A10669B} (Quantum Streaming IE Player Class) - http://mvnet.xlontech.net/qm/fox/061...ie06101001.cab
Detected as Trojan-Spy.Win32.Banker.to by Ikarus
includes functionality to steal internet banking details and to send stolen details to remote locations.
By the way, just checked the link given in the above entry and it was blocked by my anti-virus, my firewall...get rid of this entry ASAP.
Run HJT again and place checkmark next to the
the one noted above.
Once you have placed the checkmarks then click the FIX Checked button.
Exit HJT.
Reboot and run a new HJT scan and post the results here.
