I've had a lot of experience with dealing with the prevention and removal of malware and malicious things, but this problem definitely puzzles me. At times, my computer will be REALLY sluggish, especially when I'm playing music and/or running programs When I check task manager, I will sometimes see a CPU usage of 20-30%, even though the processes in the list use only 1-2% of the CPU. I don't know if it's a hardware problem, but if it is, then it certainly is a very strange one. There was nothing wrong before I shut it down a week ago, then the problem started immediately happening when I turned it on again. Since then, it has become a recurring problem.

I have tried too many methods of troubleshooting already. I have tried booting nothing except for essential services, as well safe mode. I have scanned with HJT, Ad-Aware, Spybot S&D, AVG, Trend Micro, Panda Security, etc, multiple times already. Most of the time nothing has been detected. There seems to be no clue as to what the problem is caused by...

If it helps, I use a P4 3 GHz, 1.5 GB RAM, and a Radeon x1950 Pro.

Anyway, here's the HJT log file...don't know if it'll help much though. Don't mind the O10 entry, as I fixed that ages ago and my internet still works, but it just hasn't been removed from the list for some reason.
