error send don't send .. ??

I have 2 computers on 3web internet provider ( dial up) this one works good the other is very often showing a pop up that says error (something or other) and at the botom theres 2 boxes one says send the other don't send ..I always send but the problem remains..as soon as I either send or don't send the page is deleted and I have to start over again ,often getting the same popup Should I delete internet explore and reload ? I don't think its 3web cause this one works ..Any help will be appreciated

We need to know the FULL exact wording of the errors...if you can do a printscreen of them and attach with your next post. Don't bother to hit send...won't stop the errors anyway. We also need to know exactly what you are doing when the errors occur.
