Which version of Vista? Check the Operating System section under Software on www.pricewatch.com but be careful, there are some vendors that are selling (unknowingly or otherwise) not-so-authentic versions....

If you are planning to migrate to Vista, I would suggest you make ABSOLUTELY sure your equipment is up to the task as if it is not, you will be in for a nightmare of upgrading which will also include any major software packages you may own. I just went through this even though I bought a brand new machine that came with Vista Business preloaded.

Parallels? What are the specs of the computer you plan on upgrading?
If you plan on using Vista in a VM (Parallels) you can expect issues with the graphics of it.
