    ebay search results screwed looking?

Their new look isn't good, and doesn't fit in the window.. Doesn't even show half the things it used to show when searching. I Also noticed getting different search results between being logged in, and just going to the website without logging in, and I even got different search results when logged in at a different location/different ISP... I don't have any search prefferences set on my account either..

ebay customer service rep says you can opt out of the new look [Beta]

They also say it's going to be their NEW look, so they will be keeping it for everyone down the road and some people will most likely be forced by "market driving" practices, to upgrade either software or hardware or both, in order to see ebay how ebay intends their website to be seen... Is it because their programmers are too retarded to make it work in a standard html browser without scripts or active x? I think it's because they got a sizable pocket filler in order to use "newer stuff" without considering the needs of the buyers/vissitors, or the best practices and netiquette for content/service providers.

I am tired of scripted banner ads that are blocked, but still take TIME out of my page loads... Also Failed picture loads "can't see the sellers item pics or what not" because I'm not using java or other BS web code that is totally uneccessary and alot insecure..

This doesn't surprise me at all. There is such a lack of standardization in HTML these days that even Firefox users have to fight to get supported sometimes...it won't ever end...this will always be an ongoing issue.
