how to play other regions on medieval II totalwar

hello gamers , i wonder how to play other regions on medieval II totalwar. when i start campaign game, there is only English , french , spanish , holly rome Empire and Vince ( i dont remember this region very well . speling may be wrong ). can anybody tell me how to play the other regions . thanks

Sorry, I do not play those types of games and it seems no one else does either or they do not know the answer so I guess your best bet is the google your initial question.
