First of all it appears he is running two anti-virus programs, McAfee and also eTrust Internet Security Suite. Please uninstall one of these, probably the eTrust, via Add/Remove. Then do a file search for any remaining files by going to Start, Search, Files and Folders. Look for files named eTrust and also CA and remove any found. The rule is run only ONE anti-virus program on a computer. Two will cause major problems and actually lessen your protection.

Follow all the steps, exactly as given. Once all the online scans have been run and also all the programs run in Safe Mode then reboot the computer to normal mode and run a new HJT scan and post the results here.
