svchost.exe / naPrdMgr.exe / FrameworkService.exe takes approx 98% CPU

Hi

For some time, I have been experiencing especially cvshost.exe, minor degreee frameworkService.exe and today also naPrdMgr.exe to take up to approx 98% cpu.
It seems to be rather random which process that takes up a lot of cpu - somtimes I survive killing it, sometimes not (windows want to boot right after :-)

I followed the "Read me before you..." thread to my best ability.
I enclose my log from this (cleanlog.doc)

Finally, I enclose a HijackThis log

Hope somebody can help - it drives me (and my wife and thus me again) crazy! :-)
