Could be a bug with the program or due to the condition your system is in, whether it is a corrupt OS, failing HDD or malware infection, there is definitely something wrong, that is not an acceptable scan time.

I am not saying it is a rogue program but definitely not something that has been around as far as I know so why use SuperAntiSpyware when there are already efficient, reputable free and paid spyware scanners around?

Also, Bully, have you gone through the steps in the sticky that Pheonix mentioned? Please provide feedback on this as well.

Don't worry about it, it is an easily overlooked fact. Generally we do prefer version 1.99.1 but in the case of Vista, I wouldn't rely on 1.99.1 results, that is all.
