TV Problem

I have a 29 inches Samsung TV.Recently after a Lightening strike near our house,it is taking more than 20 minutes for the picture and sound to appear
after it is powered on.What could be the problem/solution?Please help.

I think you may be out a TV, even if you have an extended warrenty, they usually don't cover lightning damage. Do you have any other electronics or general items that are displaying odd behavior ?? if so you may need to file a claim on your homeowners insurance.....since most TV's are almost disposable and there aren't to many repair men that can actually service them...this may be your best recourse...unless in the unlikely event you have your TV on a surge protector and you have the reciept and packaging for it ....

Yeah, it sounds like a have a new 29" TV Stand at your hands....if it is still under warranty, you might like to keep the "lightning incident' to yourself!!
