New FCC Rules May Impact Linux-Based Devices

New U.S. regulations went into effect July 6 that could change how vendors of devices with software-defined radios use open-source software. The new rules could impact manufacturers of mobile phones, Wi-Fi cards and other devices that use SDR technologies.

SDR technologies are commonly used in today's mobile phones and Wi-Fi equipment. The U.S. Federal Communications Commission's new regulations are apparently aimed at ensuring that users of such equipment cannot access source code needed to reprogram it—for example, to output more power, or operate on inappropriate frequencies, either of which could conceivably endanger public safety.

eh, they need to make rules that "BAN" the use of wireless communications that use microwaves as the "infrastructure" for consumer services like telephony and internet as the deployment of WIFI in all area's that have "consumers" means an invironmental impact where "studies have proven wifi microwave communications cause distruptions to natural biological , microbiological electrochemical systems" as well as EMF leading to distruption of electrochemical opperations "molecular level" inside the cell.. malformed opperations within the cell, with some nutrients being blocked etc leading to symptoms associated with anemia.. these interuptions in the biological system can lead to terminal or chronic diseases as well, such as lucimia? pardon my spelling... I know too much, and everyone that has heard what I have to say is considered a risk and all that have viewed what I type are "associated" and are considered risks and their personal social interactions may be 3rd or 4th removed associations that may be subject to similar "treatment" and considered "collateral damage" why do you think everyone on this board is getting cancer... Knight has mentioned before what is actually happening with "EVERYONE" in the US, all of the populations in cities are subject to chemical exposure, electronic waves, voltages, spores, mold etc... You are being poisoned by default, it may be an act of war, by religious groups, and only a select few are "targeted" and isolated to be cured, by invite only, there is no direct evidence that this is actually happening, but there are strange "coincidents" that are allowed to coincide... even against all opposition by those that KNOW how bad the things are for "all living things" Some things are designed from the beginning of time to do work for the purpose of "perpetuating time" other things are "MAN MADE" like religious stories are MAN MADE... all things that have been introduced to you by language is MAN MADE.... If you didn't experience something in thought, without some other MAN/WOMAN coercing you along, there is some reason this other person has coerced you, lead you along for the purpose of getting you to do something that THEY want you to do... Same thing with public education, they want you to DO what they WANT, if you don't, even though you are becoming "learned" in writing, reading... if you are not doing exactly what THEY want, according to their plan for YOU to be a viable resource to plug into their "community" they will dissacociate you from the plan, then nomatter what you do, it will always come up in record that you are out of the loop, unless you can escape the reaches of this community, "town/country" etc.. they want to know exactly how you did it, so they can take away those few outlets and resources... so that you have NO resources and MUST comply to their IDEA of life... they won't even let you get started in a business adventure, because all those outlets are made unatainable by over-inflation of the prices for those basic tools that are usable, and by zoning and ordinances to prevent people from being able to produce something without buying a place in the "CITY" to do the producing, so that they can charge you city, state/local "PROTECTION RACKET FEE'S" "RENTAL FEE's" "LEASES" "NAME SAKE FEE" "PROPERTY TAX" "INVENTORY TAX" etc... etc... this Wi-Fi rule is only because those FCC dic's "COPS" are not doing their job in finding the people that are not following the "RULES" they want to continue to be lazy and use "FEAR" to scare people away from experimenting with technology,, software is a licensable technology... regardless of it being "OPEN SOURCE" or not... if you use electronic signals able to be stored and released/accessed in some logical order, to controll the input-output of a circuit, you are using "SOFTWARE" frequency's are generally a result of a specific configuration of hardware, they can be adjusted, manipulated, but they are still "hi-low" or forwards/backwards... something basic, being able to controll that frequency, if you know how, in order to play along in the community you can't jack the power up, or tread on something that's already there... Frequency's that may be a public safety hazard? you mean like 2.4ghz? spin your iron, keep your minerals from being naturally electrochemically utilized in the body's system.... why did all the sudden doctors start removing IRON from the supliments for old people? cause the microwaves and EMF were causing the soluable iron minerals to do the spin, freakish artirial shrinkage due to malnourishment because their cells were unable to settle in durring the natural light/dark emf cycles of earth.. hundreds of people are going to the hospital due to their proximity to "CELL PHONE TOWERS" they are all either dead of heart attacks, or chronic chest pains, pressure in the chest "heavy liver", unatural yeast infections, strange chemicals in the blood stream, "aldahydes" "types of alcohols" "too much insulin due to the wood alcohols and sugars in the blood from the yeast infections" strange deposits in the lungs from the yeast infection that leaks down your throat... pickelled tissues allong the cardiovascular area's that are affected by the yeast excrements "alcohol and spycoactive chemicals that make you dumb" etc.. with unatural emf cycles and this yeast thats going around and giving 85 percent of people droopy face and diabetes/insulin... and killing people in their sleep because of the emf and microwave disturbances that interfear with the autonomous body systems switching on and off between alpha state and sleep, some people go into cardiac arrest at this time... these signals are studied and designed to interfear with the body's systems... it is their answer to overpopulation. it is their responce to the dropping of the bomb in hiroshima.... inventors, doctors and members of secret societies killing 100's fo thousands of americans by flooding their body's with harmfull chemicals and electronic waves and molding the populouses "available resources" so that they cannot escape....
