    well for breakfast i had some protein bar with 50G or protein O_O

    AND A 24oz SUGER FREE ROCKSTAR.... 1000mg taurine.. 80mg caffine...

    ima be wired later...

    can't wait till i crash though!

    I had two .6L glasses with dinner (hour plus)
    then two .4L glasses after dinner (hour plus)

    2L over two hours. Not hard to do...
