First of all please TURN OFF the SpyBot Teatimer as it hinders the removal of problem items. Leave it turned off please.
Next you need to go to this link READ ME Before Posting A Request For Assistance!
Follow each each and every instruction exactly...using the programs recommended in the link; first the online scans and then ,in SAFE MODE, ATF-Cleaner, AVG anti-spy. Be sure to have each program fix everything found. Also be certain, after you have downloaded the recommended programs and updated them and run the online scans, that you DISCONNECT FROM THE INTERNET.
Once you have completed the recommended steps then run HiJackThis again and place a checkmark next to the following entries if they still remain;

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [LanzarL2007] "C:\DOCUME~1\SRYAN~1.DAM\LOCALS~1\Temp\{247AFF C9-52F1-45ED-99D7-152DFA4AAEF5}\{D1DA2BA7-2592-4036-9BB2-DCCABDE8DC1A}\..\..\L2007tmp\Setup.exe" /SETUP:"/l0x0009"
O4 - HKLM\..\RunOnce: [BorraT2006TMP] cmd /C RD /s/q "C:\DOCUME~1\SRYAN~1.DAM\LOCALS~1\Temp\L2007tm p\"
After the checkmarks have been placed then click the FIX button.
Exit HJT.
Reboot. Run a new scan with HJT and post the log here along with the logs from AVG Anti-spy and any online scan logs that you have run.
