What is the problem with your system that made you use HJT to scan your system? What are the issues you are experiencing please explain in detail.

Also, if you are having noticable issues that made you believe your system might indeed be infected then follow all the steps outlined in this sticky all the way, then using HJT version 1.99.1 run another scan and let us have the log file.
