    Internet Explorer Vs Firefox

I'm new to the forum & I love online debates so I thought I would kick off my first post with this, I only just downloaded firefox and i love it, my vote goes to firefox and i will never go back! I mainly like it because it has tabbed browsing, its fast, includes spell checking, you can add extra plugins & extensions! if you use firefox already, upgrade to firefox 2 now, if you don't have it yet, download it FREE from: Firefox

Which do you prefer? please cast your vote & give your views...

    Firefox for sure...

I've used Firefox for the last 2+ years now. After about 1 year I noticed that I no longer get spyware, malware or virus/worms from browsing questionable websites. Presently I dont use a anti-virus or anti-spy/mal-ware program - at all... occasionally I do install one and run it to see if anything has entered my system. ...which turns out to be a waste of time.

    Use Firefox.

I run an A/V, but I have used FF for the last 4 years....will NEVER go back. For those pesky IE only sites, use IETab extension

God.....I wouldn't be able to do it...IE7 is SO slow...I run it on my mac in boot camp, booted into Vista Business...and it DRAGS compared to FF2....I just like FF better, ESPECIALLY for how fast it is.

I use Crazy Browser (version 1.05 though!!), fast just like IE6 but with awesome tabbed browsing and pop-up blocking and a few other cool bonuses.

FF doesn't seem as efficient or as fast to me but it is definitely a fast and safe browser with hella cool add-ons/plug-ins. It has come a long way and it is hard not to like it, especially the version 2.x! I have started to use more of FF since version 2 came out but I still can not do away with IE6 engine based CrazyBrowser just yet....but I say a big NO to IE7!!

Another browser that have improved greately as well is Opera 9.x! Fast and full of nice features!

Mona instead of suggesting other download links whether they are legit or not, it is always best to use the link I revised yours with (http://www.mozilla.org/download.html).
