    Weird files hogging disk space...

I've been trying to clean everything up on my computer before I reformat in a couple weeks but I'm having some weird issues cleaning it up. There are a few files that continue to grow larger as I delete other things and they hog the hard drive space. These files are:

C:\convert10 (1.3 gb) (This was accompanied by about 200 other convert files, all of which I deleted but it said this one was not able to be deleted, and since then it has grown in size)
    C:\hiberfil.sys (895 mb)
    C:\pagefile.sys (672 mb)

and I'm not sure about this one...

    C:\ARCSOFT\data2.cab (522 mb)

My audio and video continue to screw up and the reason for the reformat is because I've crowded my computer too much. I have a 60 gig hard drive, and almost all of it was full at one point. I figured deleting some files and adding 512 ram would atleast cause it to function normally until I get around to reformatting it, but I'm still seeing issues. Any help is appreciated, thank you.

You can remove the hiberfil.sys file after you turn off Hibernation under Power optons in the Control Panel. The pagefile.sys cannot be deleted as it's a system file related to Virtual memory. if you are going to format the drive, it's not necessary to remove any of the files you mentioned as they will be erased when you perform the reformat.
