Wow, quite a tory and I must add that you got lucky imo....out in Kali, they would bust you and bust you bad on reckless driving at the very least..misdemeanour and possibly even fellony (if I am not mistaken most States would call it so if it is over 120mph) and the commissioner would never ever take your word over a cop's. In short you would start a new life in jail, quite possibly be as the new cell toy of another convict...

Here is what I can remember of the charges:

1. 155mph+ in a 55pmh zone(was quite obviously faster, but thats all the radar gun went up to).
2. reckless driving
3. fleeing to elude (felony)
4. failure to abide by a traffic control device
5. (5 counts)reckless endangerment of another person- or some charge like that.
6. nonspecific "faulty devices" (I think because of the race harnesses)
7. not signaling lane changes

There were a few more charges, but its been close to 15 years or more since that night. I did spend the night at Orient Rd. lockup until my friends bailed me out late the next day. Yes, I did get lucky. I dont do that crap anymore though, rarely over the speed limit these days.
