No video's or pics that I know of..

    Just picture the following:

    1. trying to run down a cat with a Harley Sportster and discovering that dead leaves are like ice.
    2. playing bumper cars, except that you're not in a car. ..the flying 40-50ft only to impersonate Superman for another 80ft across pavement.
    3. bunch of illegal stuff that I prefer not to say.. lol
    4. several car accidents due to friends, family or others not knowing how to drive.
    5. being run down by a mad preacher in his '76 Chrysler New Yorker after spinning do-nuts in his church yard with a hotrod go-cart(750cc Ninja engine and tranny on a go-cart frame).
    6. working some back breaking jobs in my youth..

theres countless other things too... just either trying to block out memory of events or damage to the head has wiped them away.

I seem to remember an 'incident' on Tampa's Sunshine Skyway Bridge you told me about.....And what was that smart remark you made to the officers when they caught you?

I can tell you...you have NO CLUE what it feels like to be 55!
And if you are certain you do feel 55 then...gee, I feel sorry for you! cause if that's the case then when you ARE 55 it will feel like 75!!!
I'd like to see that video too if you have another copy

    lol

    ok..

Actually it was the Howard Franklin Bridge between Tampa and Clearwater. They had just opened the new bridge with 3 lanes each way. One night I was out riding around with a couple friends in my uber-hotrodded '71 Plymouth Satellite(500cid 750hp/650ftlb torq, 3spd auto in front of 2.76:1 highway gears)

Well... It was late at night and the road was vacant, so I decided to open it up some. I blew by a unmarked Sheriff car while he has some other fool pulled over. I asked my buddy, "was that a cop?" and he "yeah, you blew his hat right off his head." Next thing I know I see that cop pulling out with his lights flashing.. I figured, hell this bridge is like 6 miles long and he only has a Chevy Caprice. ...no way in hell he'll catch me. So I opened up the rear barrels on both carbs and held on. As we made about mid bridge a helicopter put his light on us, he was only a few feet higher off the water then we were. But that copter couldn't keep up. My buddies where like "woohoo!! take that po-po!!" As they were celebrating I kept my eyes ahead - CRAP! Pinellas County Sheriff deputies were sitting at the other end of the bridge.

As the bridge straightened out, I could see that they had it totally blocked-so I started braking. (drum brakes - front and rear) After my brakes faded a few times I managed to get it down to speed where I could downshift to help slow it. By the time I got it stopped, I was only a couple inches from the Pinellas Co. cruisers.

They all had their guns drawn on us and kept us at bay until Hillsborough Co. deputies caught up. The first deputy that came up was yelling, "Do you realize how *ucking fast you were going??!!". At that moment I clearly and calmly said "No Sir, my speedometer stops at 150mph." He then yelled "Out of the car smart@ss and started dragging me out."

They pinned me with all sorts of charges. summary on up to felony charges. I beat them all but one with the use of their dash video recorder. They used profanity during the course of an arrest, which at the time there was a restriction on the use of such words. The judge threw it all out, except for "Failure to abide by a traffic control device" because it was quite obvious I was speeding. $58 court cost, $20 fine, $20 for traffic school - NO points on my license.

Now you're wondering how fast I was doing? Well my Plymouth Satellite, with power specs previously stated, gutted and lightened to about 3000lbs would do 31-34mph for every 1000rpm's on the tachometer. .....My engine was rev'd up to 6200rpm at a couple points on the bridge.

I used to race my car at a few drag strips down there, Fish(an old time member from here) could validate seeing me and my yellow Satellite at a few strips.
