Yeah, I hear ya there. I used to have to buy a bike yearly cause I'd put them through so much hell. I ALWAYS rode my bike. I'm not too rusty yet, can still pull off the endos and the catwalks, so I'm not quite losing my touch. But, tonight, the trail will put me to the test, there are always some weird spots in there.
It's best to take it easy the first few rides. Don't forget to stretch n watch out for those low hanging branches
