Not quite an f-18, but i was on a hilltop overlooking downtown while i was testing my new 8x telephoto lens. i was about to pack up and leave, when i saw the hospitals airlift helicopter coming in. they arent all that good because i was in a huge hurry, but they're still pretty cool.
EDIT: i was about 2-3 miles away and had to use the digital zoom as well. hence the pixelation.
