    @ TURCOLOCO

I will folow your C suggestion, and hope that nothing going to happen.
Why c? - Because i didn't noted anything wrong with my system functionality beside that thing i described in my posts. Let just leave it for now and if i detect some other issues i will come back to report OK?

P.S I paying bill to my provider at the end of every month (fixed price)
and uploading/downloading is unlimited. Every user of adsl service ,here, must make connaction (enter password and UN) to proceed.

    Control panel/network connectios/pick my connection!
Meybe this going to help you understand: Device type: WAN miniport pppoe,
Device type is: pppoe, server type ppp, transports: tcp/ip. That is the details of my network connection.

Here in eastern europe we have poor infrastructure and we work (functioning) a little bit different then the rest of the improved world.

Thank you guys for giant amounts of effort!

I assure you this is correct. If you see no activity at all, just the little monitors there but the screens are constantly black then there is a problem with your connection. But you will see these "blips" of activity from time to time. I am certain that you just never noticed.
