hello , I am trying to build a better PC but I'm not sure if my system will work properly . I dont care about HDD or Display Card. My problem is with Motherboard and CPU. Here is the CPU and Motherboard I want to buy. Do think it will each other .
CPU : i have two options
1 ) Pentium D 935 (3.2GHz,800MHz,4MB,LGA775) BOX
2 ) INTEL PENTIUM D 945 3.4GHz LGA775 800MHz HT 2x2MB PR DUAL CORE
Motherboard : P5B (I965P, GLAN, SATA, RAID, LGA775)

so what make me confuse so much is 945 (on CPU )and I965P(on motherboard ) . i could not understand it . anybody can explaine it to me in detail please . in other words , will my motherboard support my CPU ? thanks in advance , please help
