Dead mobo?

I just got this mobo in, two days ago, I loaded the OS and the Mobo drivers, but that was about it. http://www.newegg.com/product/produc...82E16813157106

I had everything working before I went off to work , when I got back it booted but the mouse would not move, then the keyboard stopped responding. I rebooted but no luck the PC never came back on, I did notice that when the computer was off the Num lock light stayed on, later that day the computer started with no problem but that was the last time it cam on. is the board dead or do I need to try something else. ( I have switch out Power supplies, and it came on with no mouse movement and no keyboard response.) but then it wouldn't boot again.

make sure the thermal paste is applied correctly between the heatsink and CPU, that the cpu cooling fan is infact spinning, other than that we will need to have more information about the rest of your system.
