Yes, this is normal, right now I have 5 on my machine. To quote Microsoft;
Now since you ran the Vundo Fix there are some fixes you should do with HJT to clean things up;At startup, Svchost.exe checks the services part of the registry to construct a list of services that it must load. Multiple instances of Svchost.exe can run at the same time. Each Svchost.exe session can contain a grouping of services. Therefore, separate services can run, depending on how and where Svchost.exe is started. This grouping of services permits better control and easier debugging.
Run HJT again and put checkmarks next to the following entries;
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {759ED5CB-2CFC-4134-9142-3DD729AC1FC9} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\vtuts.dll (file missing)
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {D9CF9E72-1E65-4EC1-B57A-19BE12030BF5} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\mljkijg.dll (file missing)
Once you have placed those checkmarks then click the FIX button.
Exit HJT.
Reboot and run one more HJT scan and save the log and post it here.
You do have some unnecessary items running in start up which you could clean out to speed things up too. I will be happy to give you a list if you like. I suggest using Mike Lin's Start Up Control Panel
