Restarted in normal start up, new log attatched

Ok, looking through your log I really don't see anything bad. I do see though that one of the entries that had been disabled via msconfig and of course now is re-enabled is this one;
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SCANINICIO] "D:\Program Files\Panda Software\Panda Antivirus Platinum\Inicio.exe"
Now this is Part of Panda Antivirus amd is responsible for scanning the boot sector of your disk and your memory at startup to check for viruses that try and load and act before your anti-virus is fully operational. Now this is the only entry in the entire log when mentions Panda Antivirus Platinum. I must assume at some time this was the anti-virus program you used but have since uninstalled it. Except for this file. Since you are using AVG Free then you should do a file search on the computer and remove everything associated with the Panda Antivirus Premium. Look in Add/Remove first and then go to D drive, Program Files and Remove any Panda folders you may find.
The Zune Launcher is needed if running Microsoft's new Zune software for use with their new Zune music player. Similar to iTunes for the iPod. If you don't use this then you can also remove this entirely.
Instead of using msconfig to disable start ups I recommend Mike Lin's StartUpControl Panel
Extremely easy to use. Once you download and install it you will find it in the Control Panel.
The programs which are either not necessary or user's choice to run at Start Up are the following;
ATIPTA...Available via Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Display. Some users may need it if they have optimised their settings
ATICCC... ATI's CATALYST(tm) CONTROL CENTER. Required if you want to change graphics settings on a regular basis but you must have internet access and Microsoft's .NET framework installed. Not required to run the control center - which is available via a right-click on the desktop
QuickTime Task...can easily be run manually but will put itself back in auto start if used so you have to remember to disable again via Mike Lin's after using.
iTunesHelper...Installed with Apple's iTunes for Windows. Uses ~3-4MB of memory. Can be run manually, but it too will put itself back in auto start so if used go back to Mike Lin's program and disable.
tsnp2std...Digital camera related. User's choice.
snp2std...Digital camera related. User's choice
SCANINICIO...this is the Panda entry which should be removed.
SpySweeper...if you PURCHASED the program this is the background scanner portion of the program. If you downloaded the trial version this will cease to function at the end of 30 days, though you can use the program for manual scanning. This is user's choice if purchased, but I found with mine that it really slowed the computer substantially and I finally disabled it.
iolo Task Agent...Olo System Mechanic Task Agent. Scheduled maintenance. User's choice
MSMSGS...Windows Messenger utility. If you don\'t use Windows Messenger, this can be annoying. Available via Start -> Programs. Go to Windows Messenger > Tools > Options > Preferences and uncheck "Run this program when Windows starts"
Creative Detector...Related to Creative_Labs_Soundblaster CD/DVD Alerter. Note: Located in C:\Program Files\Creative\MediaSource\Detector
ATI CATALYST System Tray...System Tray access to ATI's CATALYST™ CONTROL CENTER. Not required to run the control center which is available via right-click desktop.
