    You're right about the in/mi, but there are 52 weeks in a year. Doesn't change the answer but I thought you should know.

    edit: Oh yeah, and then there are leap years as well. It works out to 52,178 weeks in 1000 years.

    ANSWER (Congrats mrweasel, acoustikarl, and Mathster): More inches in a mile. (And acoustikarl is right about the # of sundays. It's slightly over 52,000).
