Are these normal SPST switches and only one is wired to the light?
Does one switch turn in on and the other back off?
Are they three way switches where either up or down is off or on?
there are WAY tooo many variables here.
Perhaps, the switches are actually wired to a PLC and run thru a BCD and a certain combination of three way switch positions will allow the PLC to turn the light on only after a timer has expired.
