And for your retardedly easy question, I said 20 as well (60 divided by 3) but if you read the entire question, the starting point could be argued cause there is a "first time" you looked at the watch and there is a "second time" and the question is not clear as to time starting from the very beginning or from the first time! It could have gone either way with the yo-yo way you handle the riddle!

I've been busy all day, and trying to relax and recover. I don't have any nyquil in the house and the dayquil isn't helping anyways...I'll resume the riddles tomorrow like normal.
