    If I had an unlimmited supply of water, I wouldn't be using it to measure out 4 gallons..... Thinking more like giving it to the people that want to divert the Gualala for hydro/agro. to protect the natural river, the ocean fish spawning grounds, the natural steelhead streams, Camping, kayaking, floating, swimming and keep the wine growers and farmers from pumping out of the Gualala.
