    Hmm, lot of variables for this one. Was it winter and they got snowed in a starved? Did they start a fire then go to bed without checking the chimney and asphyxiated cuz a bird had built a nest in the chimney which blocked it? Did a hungry bear trap them inside and eat them?

    Depends on where you add it. Could be 2002222 or 2222200 or some combination of the two's in the middle.
