Access Violation Problems

Most Of My Programs (Standalone Installers)Dont Work.
They Show up with message - Excetion EAaccessviolation in module xxxxxxxx.exe at fffe0b7b.access violation at address 003e1cf3.read of address 0000000A. This is for sisoft sandra's installer.

Crashday Does Not Work. (Drwtsn32.exe is executed in task manager but shows nothing,it just reads and then does nothing.)

I get access violation errors for some more programs.
like - dvd identifier installer etc.

What do i do? Have done something wrong?Should i reinstall windows?

If you are still overclocked while this is happening it could be due to memory controller read/write errors from high fsb settings.
