One thing I DO note is that you seem to be running TWO anti-virus programs...AVG antivirus program AND a program called Norman Anti-virus...I am not familiar with that one but the main rule is NEVER run two anti-virus programs on one computer. You absolutely MUST UNINSTALL one of them immediately. Running two anti-virus programs on the same computer at the same time can slow the computer considerably and actually lessen the amount of protection you have on the computer because they will fight against each other. Uninstall one immediately.
