Well, sh!t . . . The Bush administration better duck and cover as gun owners rush to defend the Fourth Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Who's fighting for this right?

Yep... our firearms will do a lot more than saying we're gonna call 911 to have more police show up to help the initial government thugs. Just remember, there are 70,000,000+ firearm owners in the USA and there are maybe 3,000,000 Federal "officers" and military personnel combined - of that 3M government, maybe half of them, if that, would actually go against the people. So that leaves 1.5M vs 70,000,000. ....I'm sure that 1.5M would fight fearsomely to the end like the 300 Spartans at Thermopylae - but they would end up like them too, dead.

They can only kill me once, but I can take several of "them", whomever they may be, with me.

The day the goverment starts f'ing with its people is the day the infamous quote:
"Ask not what your goverment can do for you, ask what you can do for your goverment!" is the day the quote will change to:
"Ask not what your goverment can do to you, ask what you can do to your goverment!"

Goverments exists because of people not the other way around....I am not found of guns (cuz I am a clumsy freak) but still, I do like the constitution that allows its citizens to bear arms. After all, I rather have a gun and not need it, than need it but not have one (Alien vs Predator).
