It states the it was designed for Windows 2K and XP only so I wouldn't think it would install or work with Windows 9x, ME or NT.

Comodo Firewall is a very cool utility that I have briefly tested couple of months or so back. It looked effective yet user-friendly for even novice users so if you need a firewall utility, give it a shot!
