Eewww, it is a Ford? No wonder!!

Btw, having a 4x4 sure did contributed a bit to the high cost of repair!
It looked like a ford in his picture... almost, I cant make out hte cinder blocks it shoudl be sitting on.

LOL!! Yeah...well...I don't need any "accidental" run-ins with the cops. It's a LONG drive from work to home and back....

Well, I got the truck back today after a snafu trying to pay the bill....my bank wasn't releasing the funds I deposited saturday until tomorrow....so I had to finagle my payment to get my truck. BUT, I have it now, it's SO nice to have it back. No more car.....I have to take it back in a week or two so they can inspect everything, should take about 10 minutes, and since I'm driving to Ludington and back this weekend I'm bringing it in on Monday after the trip. She shifts SO much nicer already

Once you learn how to use the clutch, it almost certainly will shift better!

Heck, when the hydrolics went completely out on my '84 BMW 318i, I had to drive it like a truck driver (no clutch, use 2nd gear from a dead-stop, etc.) for a few days till I had $700 to get it fixed.

This is what happens when you let a woman (my ex) use your car to learn how to drive a stick-shift...
...it amazed me how she could drive a stick-shift in bed so much better!
