No, it's not a used computer. I have used it since 4 years ago and no any virus problem until last month. The old user ID I mentioned is the my user ID when I worked in my previous company. After that I cleaned the computer and created current ID.

I tried to uninstall Auction Clien and Outerinfo from Add or Remove Programs. Following error message popped out when uninstalling Outerinfo:

An error occurred while trying to remove Outerinfo. It may has already been uninstalled. Would you like to remove Outerinfo.exe from the Add/Remove programs list?

When trying to uninstall Auction Client, RunDll32.exe is occupied 99% CUP, and the uninstall is never finished. I have to end the RunDll32.exe from Task Manager. What's the alternative way I can use to remove these 2 programs?

Following is the Combofix.log I ran tonight. It's even shorter than last time:

    Scanning for infected files . . .
This typically doesn't take more than 10 minutes

Scan times for badly infected machines may easily double

    "C:\WINNT\system32\bszip.dll"

If this is not you expected, I may not run it properly. BTW, I haven't got the prompts I got when ran it first time. Another concern is, when I double click Combo.exe, a window popped out to remind me some process is trying to change my web browser's default web site. I selected to restore my original default web site. Is this normal and right way to run Combofix.exe?

Have you ever seen these programs before or did they just appear on the computer. They "seem" legitimate to me....but I am no expert either. Most of them are importer programs which are used to convert a file into the format required by the application being used.
One is a 3D importer program, several others are programs which work with CAD and drawing programs to modify an illustration created in another application, that must be imported into another application. After making changes, the drawing can then be saved in (exported to) its original format.

    Hi Judy,

Actually, I do use AutoCAD and other drawing programs in this computer. And I rarely check the programs in the "Add or Remove Programs". Per your info, they're probably the ones with those drawing programs.

    Bingo

    Thanks! Judy.

At same time, I'm trying to scan virus by NOD32 I just downloaded because Kaspersky Online Virus Scanner didn't clean 12 problems yesterday. Hope it can find and clean these infections.

Kaspersky online scanner Doesn't clean it only will produce a log for you of items found on the system so that you will know what tools to use to clean them.
From what I can see so far the items noted by your Kaspersky scan have been cleaned/quarantined by the AVG scan.
Give me a bit more time and I will see for certain. Have patience and I will get back with you.

    NOD32 I just downloaded
You don't need another antivirus program on the computer, you are all ready running Norton. UNINSTALL that NOD32 immediately. The rule is ONE antivirus program on a computer, put on more than one and you are in for trouble because neither will be doing it's work properly because it will be fighting against the other one.
