Telling your local attourny general? unfair; highway robery on gas prices... why should they get a good deal; make sure "everyone" pays the same, as they often don't use that extra money on "local" tax based road repairs and people are going to drive out of town to buy gas cheaper..

Thanks to US Auto makers, pretty soon all of China will be driving cars while due to gas prices and efforts to make the areas 'greener', Americans will be riding bicycles.....wouldn't that be hilarious?

The automakers are trying to SUE the government over regulations the states trying to sue the agriculteral "people" over violating protected wilderness laws by not providing an invironmental impact report, so they can prep acres for vinyards; but the government's throwing out the case cause the "TREES" that they want to clear cut are not "comercial timber products" which are not controlled by the department of forestry, so they don't have to fill out a environmental impact report..... So yeah.. I'll ride my bike, I won't buy wine, and those money grubbing environment killer's can go suck "genetically altered" eggs... while I'm walking off into the wilderness being chased by helicopters and dogs, cause I'm "tresspassing" err I mean "traveling in the persuite of happyness" Alot of people don't realise how much of a slave to society they realy are till they try not to be..... but it's against forum rules to talk about "politics" so nevermind....

Capitalism my friend, no stopping that! It was needed when the government and the country was getting bigger and stronger but is it still the most ideal form? Arguably not but like you said, this is no place to talk about politics but I do agree with what you said, just don't try to climb up my tree when you get to the forest!

As soon as I win the State lottery (which is no doubt fixed), I am buying me a small island off the coast of a South American country or perhaps a more tropical location.

PS. On the average, I fill up my truck at $2.93/gal on Ghetto Octane 87. One of the few advantage of living in this god forsaken desert town is the slightly lower gas prices.

The car most people drive do not really justify their class. I have seen a lot of people with no class driving luxury cars, some are not even doing well financially but in debt like you wouldn't believe. Bunch of pretenders in the valley of the sun but oh well, who am I to judge, to each his own...
