Some people use little bottles with plain old water to sprits their dog in the face when they try to do their business in the house. You just have to be around them when they are trying to do their business, sprits them when they look like they are going to find a place to go, then take them to a place outside let them do their business, then give them small scooby snacks when they are finished. If you are lucky, after a few sprits of water and trips outside with treats they will be waiting at the door or at your feet when they need to go out.
