    Question Memory issue

    Ok, aint a geek, but get this error when I try and open this application:

    The insturction at "0x7c168f1d" referenced memory at "0x0000001c". The memory could not be "read".
    Click on OK to terminate the program.

    If I didn't want to use the program it wouldn't be an issue. What is this and how do I solve it??
