Need a little help - HJT log attached

Hey everyone,

I need a little help with some nasty pop-ups. I have ran Ad-aware, Spybot SD and CA Anti Virus with no change. I use Firefox 2.0.3 for my web use, but I still have IE 7 installed on the computer and thats how the pop ups are getting through. I get pop ups even when I'm not on the internet, just doing my everyday work. Spybot and Ad-Aware clean up the tracking cookies, but there is something else controlling the pop-ups. I am at a lost now. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

What do these pop-ups say?

Also, you have used the 2.0 Beta version of HiJackThis. This is still a test version. Could you go to this link and download version 1.99 and then give us a new HJT scan with that version.
Also, please follow the additional instructions in the link for running the Kaspersky online scan and then also follow the additional steps for ATF-Cleaner and AVG Anti-spy version 7.5...Those two AND your anti-virus program should be run in Safe Mode as the instructions in the link state.
Once you have completed all that then please boot to normal mode and run the new HJT scan with version 1.99. Save the log and post back here with that new log, the avg anti-spy log and the Kaspersky log.
