Before others chime in here and say thanks (as if you personally created
these updates - which I don't know if you did or not), I just want to
know what exactly are these updates?

Are they simply additions of recently-used throw-away domains to be
incorporated into IE's restricted zone?

I only post this stuff because some of us use the free version on SWB which
doesn't offer auto updates.
So, it is just to alert anyone using the freeware version on 'any' updates
that are given.
If you want to find out more about SWB for your particular system, search
for it.
BTW, do you use WinPatrol?

No, I don't want to find out more about SWB. I used to use it (and kept
it updated) maybe 3 or 4 years ago, but have basically abandoned it
since then.
