Before others chime in here and say thanks (as if you personally created
these updates - which I don't know if you did or not), I just want to
know what exactly are these updates?
Are they simply additions of recently-used throw-away domains to be
incorporated into IE's restricted zone?
Thanks, Buffalo.

I only post this stuff because some of us use the free version on SWB which
doesn't offer auto updates.
So, it is just to alert anyone using the freeware version on 'any' updates
that are given.
If you want to find out more about SWB for your particular system, search
for it.
BTW, do you use WinPatrol?

Ok, that explains your posts, but what exactly are these updates - for
IE you say.
?
Are they new additions for IE's restricted zone?

No, I don't want to find out more about SWB. I used to use it (and kept
it updated) maybe 3 or 4 years ago, but have basically abandoned it
since then.

No. I've probably heard of it, but offhand don't know what it does.

Thanks, Buffalo, for your non-answer.
It was very informative.
Thanks also to others who also didn't know the answer and did not
respond.

Sorry if I mistook you for someone who had some basic knowledge of these
updates that are the subject of your posts.
Strange that you seem pre-occupied with these anti-malware/anti-viral
updates - yet you have no clue what they are. Typical of the general
level of ignorance of most AM/AV users...

I'm sure you'll sleep better now after that verbal bashing.

He continually gets his ass handed to him, don't take his lashing out
personally. He can't help that he's a basic dumbass.

There ain't no rest for the wicked. Money don't grow on trees. I got
bills to pay. I got mouths to feed. Ain't nothing in this world for
free. Oh No. I can't slow down, I can't hold back though you know I wish
I could. Oh no there ain't no rest for the wicked, until we close our
