    Sensible.
    Only text email, no Java, no scripting. You know, the kinda stuff that
    people should be picking up from reading posts here. Like it used to be
    before the BD & the other twats arrived.

    Funny thing, when I've set up other people's computers the same way,
    they complain that they are missing the adverts and fancy text.

    booted from eternal-september and began using giganews. It seems he may
    very well have managed to create another account with ES under the nym
    'David_B' or some such.

    BD was *never* "booted from eternal-september" - ever!

    BD has been using Giganews since he switched ISP to BT some years ago!
