Crap. I have searched everywhere, desktop, program files folders of the applications, my C downloads, my documents downloads and everywhere else I could think they may be. I think I either didn't generate them or if they did and were on my desktop they were deleted. My recycle bin is empty. The only log files I found were: avgremover.log, avgremover_msilog.txt, defogger_disable.log, error.log, Extras.txt, OTL.txt, systemlook.txt. Do you need any of these or shall I just run the scans again and be sure to save the logs and post them?

The logs are contained within the programs themselves, not someplace else on the computer. You must open each program.
Open Malwarebytes' and across the top of the program you will see various Tabs, each with a label. Click on the Logs Tab. That is what the logs are beginning with the OLDEST at the top, scroll through and find the one that contains the removals, probably the bottom log unless you have run additional scans since then. You will have to open and read to see. Once you find the correct one, go up to the top of that log, choose Edit, Select All, Copy. Come back here, open a reply and place the cursor within the reply box, Right Click and choose Paste. The full log will be pasted into the post.

    Open SUPERAntispyware:
At the bottom you will see 4 buttons. Click the View Scan Logs button. These are listed by Date, most recent at the top. Click on the one that did the removals, then click View Selected Log button on the Right side.
Copy/Paste the log in the same was that the Malwarebytes' log was copy/plasted.

I don't need any others at this time.

Logs must be Copy/Pasted NOT attached. We open no attached files.

Really hate to get "pushy" here, but I absolutely have to ask you, do you actually plan or want to clean up this computer?

You first posted here 24 days ago and I fully understand that you had to be away from the computer and therefore unable to work on it, that is fine. But you should have made this 100% clear in your very first post, you did not. You came back 6 days ago with the explanation for your absence but since then absolutely no true clean up work has been done as far as the requests I have made of you. All you have done is use Revo, which I didn't suggest but that is fine, to uninstall the various programs I requested.

    Other than that, absolutely nothing.

If you don't plan to really stick with it, or are unable to stick with it and by this I mean, continuing, not just one post every 24 hours, but on a truly continuing basis then there is really no point to continue to post here. You don't really seem to be fully clear on the inner workings of these very commonly used and widely recommended clean up programs in order to get the logs and copy/paste them here, which would take no more than 5 minutes, max, then I would strongly advise that you take the computer to a reputable shop and pay them to clean it.
It most definitely should not be used, other than running reputable clean up tools, until it can be proven clean and in good working order.

If you truly are willing to stick with this, in more than just one post a day, then I certainly am willing to stick with you, but you should really decide exactly what it is that you want to do to get this computer cleaned up and at this point I truly cannot say that it is. I also have to say that if you had been willing to do more than one post a day that the computer most likely would have been fully clean and in good working order a week ago.

You are very right. I'm sorry. Yes, I do indeed want my computer cleaned. I'm sorry. I have a hectic schedule, I'm a single mother with two jobs and school. My time is limited. I will try to do everything you ask as quickly as you post them....also, I forgot to go in and edit my settings to notify me when you have replied. I will do right after this post.

that log doesn't seem to say much, but you are the pro not me. What is the next step? I'll get right on it! And ty for letting me know about the log files. I've never had this happen with any of my computers as I know better than to click on **** I don't know is safe, but like I said I let a friend use it (well, not really let, but she did it while housewatching for me) and I've never had a problem because I keep everything updated and run them at least once a month, so sorry if I don't know even the simplest things such as that.

That is not the correct MBA-M log (Malwarebytes') what you need is the scanner log. That is the protection log, which means you have installed the Trial Version of the Paid program, it has a protection module. The trial period last for two weeks I believe. If you don't purchase it then it will automatically revert to the Free version, so no need to uninstall it or anything. Just let that Trial period expire.
You need to go back into the Logs tab and look for the Scanner log, it will actually say; mba-m log. So look again until you find the one that looks similar to this:
    Malwarebytes Anti-Malware 1.61.0.1400

Obviously yours will list items found and their locations.
I need to see the log from the very top to the very bottom.

    Also do this:

I want you to run the ESET Online Scanner. After you get to the site linked below, on the right side you will see a section labeled Quick Links. The Online Scanner is the 5th choice down, *see attached*

click Online Scanner and you will be taken to the online scanner page.

    http://www.eset.com/us/online-scanner/

    * You can use Internet Explorer to complete this scan and you will need to allow an Active X to be installed or you may use Firefox
    * You will need to temporarily Disable your current Anti-virus program.
    * Be sure the option to Remove found threats is checked and the option to Scan unwanted applications is Checked.

    * When you have completed that scan, a scanlog ought to have been created and located at C:\Program Files\EsetOnlineScanner\log.txt.

Come back here and post that ESET log, again from the very top to the very bottom.

It is now 1:30 a.m. where I live so I will check back tomorrow morning.

Are you using the computer during the ESET scan? You should not be using it at all, all other programs should be closed, except for the ONE browser window that is doing the scan. It will appear to freeze at times but very often when that happens it is really just scanning a very large file.

Yes,I have no other apps running. I turned off my spyware, etc. I tried it a bit earlier and it seeemed to stop at 30% which is what it was doing to me for almost a whole day. Right now I am going to start it again after I close this window and not touch anything. I think you are right, maybe it was getting to a large file, because that is the percentage where it seemed to "lock up", I'll just start it, not touch the computer and let it go until it finishes or "really stops" and gives me an error or something. Thank you! As soon as either of the two happen, i will reopen and post for you. Thank you so much!
