For the last ****ing time... Argh! Aardvark has NOTHING to do with my
activities, nothing whatsoever. I've kept my word and he's been kept in
the dark. I've sent no emails discussing anything to him and I will
continue to follow this protocol.

you forgot the types of people who might be lurking/posting here.

i'm not trying to scare you or otherwise belittle you, I'm just asking

Any number of people could have an issue or two with you at this point.
Your threats to abuse Aardvark should someone decide to cash a check you
know you can't cover are childish, lame and, may result in less than
pleasant things for your future. Sometimes, interest can be quite high;
and you don't have any refinance options.
