That program was used at least 8 times since April. I also see you had something on there from iObit...also junk. Both of those programs or however many you installed likely have done some system file damage to the computer. ESET Scanner was also being used when you did the DDS scan so it's possible it couldn't work as it should have. Whenever malware scans are being done, you should be doing nothing else on the computer. For one thing it will slow the scans, for another they may not be able to do the work they were designed to do. ESET requires a browser but that is the only thing that should be working at the time, one browser window with the ESET scanner, nothing else. DDS and MBA-M do not require the use of a browser and with the exception of updating MBA-M, internet connection isn't needed during the scan.
