    I see some services that start automatically that are not needed that might slow the boot process somewhat:
    CinemaNow Service
    AdobeARMservice>>>I don't see Adobe ARM installed but it might be part of the Adobe Reader, I don't know
    Secunia PSI Agent>>>>I would certainly stop this. If needed it should be run manually but honestly see no reason to have it running at boot or all the time.

    These three are from SUPERAntispyware, the ones I showed you how to turn off on the other thread, but I don't see it installed either. Did you have it and remove it at some time?

    Should I just go ahead and delete these since they are not important?
    I did not uninstall Superantispyware that I know of but it could have happened accidentally I have not used it in a while. I am in the process of updating everything on all computers so I can do the scans weekly as advised.
