I was wondering if I should also put the Combofix back on my desktop and run it as we did earlier or are you pretty sure the Rootkit is gone by the Malwarebytes and Avast scan results? I also have a disk "Easy CD & DVD burning 10.3" that came with the computer disks. Do I need to reinstall that or is there something in Windows or a better program for burning my disks? Unless I hear different from you I think I am at the point of putting my information back on my computer. But I will wait until you say I am ready before I begin. Thanks!

First of all, your question about combofix....ABSOLUTELY NOT.
Combofix is a "last gasp". After everything else possible has been done when there are KNOWN infection files on the computer and cannot be removed any other way. It is most definitely NOT a standard tool in any sense of the word.
Here is information from bleepingcomputer, the ONE and ONLY "keeper" of this tool:
ComboFix is an excellent but powerful tool. Running ComboFix by yourself is like performing open heart surgery on yourself--the scalpel and other surgical tools that is ComboFix is meant to be wielded by a highly trained surgeon only in emergencies or dire circumstances. When the surgeon is thru s/he leaves the room. So ComboFix should be removed from a system once it has accomplished its job, unlike an AV that is there to protect you from future infections.
No one should be using ComboFix unless specifically instructed to do so by a Malware Removal Expert who can interpret the logs. It is a powerful tool intended by its creator to be "used under the guidance and supervision of an expert", NOT for general public or personal use. ComboFix was never meant to be used as a general purpose malware scanner like SuperAntispyware or Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware which scan individual drives or different folders on a computer for viruses. Using this tool incorrectly could lead to disastrous problems with your operating system such as preventing it from ever starting again.
The Easy CD & DVD burning program is Roxio burning program and as you said, was installed when you got the computer. If you used it, install it. If you didn't then you don't have to install it. It's your choice. I've had it on all my Dell computers and never took it off. It's up to you.
Can't think of anything else to tell you to do, so I will "hand you back the keys" and say now you can drive anywhere you wish.
