Ok now I managed to start the help file chameleon.chm

I ran the first... it said

when I tried the 2nd it said...

Driver already installed

So maybe the "Installing Driver...
Protected Path: c:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Chameleon\"
means it was successfull?
