Friend has it on computer

Tried the removal above but it did not work. Any suggestions?

He has AVG and Malwarebytes free on hi computer

It is not a virus, it is a ransom trojan not unlike the following...

I'll give you the same advice I gave you on May 2cnd and that you should
forward the advice to your friend.
